Carri D. Clarke, CA
Vice President Finance and Director
Ms. Clarke brings 19 years of senior level finance and
accounting experience to her role as Vice President Finance at
Fort Calgary Resources Ltd. She is a Chartered Accountant
who specialized in the area of oil and gas during her tenure
as a Senior Audit Manager with Deloitte and Touche in Calgary.
She is currently responsible for financial and regulatory
reporting, tax issues, treasury, budgeting and acquisition
evaluation.
Prior to joining Fort Calgary, Ms. Clarke held the role of Vice
President Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Interaction
Resources Ltd., a publicly traded junior oil and gas company
that was subsequently acquired by Ketch Resources Trust
(KER.UN). She also acted as Corporate Secretary and was
responsible for board reporting and investor relations along
with financial reporting and accounting functions.
Ms. Clarke obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in
1995 after articling at Deloitte & Touche in Calgary. She is an
alumnus of the University of Calgary Faculty of Management.
Ms. Clarke currently serves on the board of directors of the Calgary International Childrens' Festival and several private companies. |
